Thestudio

Maison was founded in 2021 by chef Asta Lindqvist and designer Pierre Roussel as a meeting point between food and form. We design menus, tablescapes and event environments for galleries, brands and private clients who care about how a room feels as much as how a dish tastes.

Studio

Nordhavn,
third floor

Our studio is on the third floor of an old paper mill in Nordhavn. It's where we sketch menus, fire ceramics with our partners at Atelier Lo, and host occasional tasting nights for clients. Visits by appointment.
